Before launching HOMETEAM, Alex gained extensive experience as a social media manager for various clients, driving significant engagement and growth across platforms. His work as a content creator companies such as Ford, DraftKings, SportsGrid, and FanFunded shows shows his expertise in digital content creation, live streaming, and audience engagement. He has successfully hosted numerous podcasts, live shows and running social media accounts for major companies and brands, showcasing his ability to connect with audiences and deliver compelling narratives.
At HOMETEAM, Alex is dedicated to crafting tailored marketing solutions that empower brands to thrive in the digital space. He leverages his hands-on experience to guide client strategies, focusing on innovative approaches that resonate with target audiences. Outside of his professional endeavors, Alex enjoys standup comedy, watching all sports and exploring new trends in digital media. Sean Keating brings a unique blend of strategic insight and creative energy to his role as President and CEO of HOMETEAM MMV. A graduate of Northeastern University with degrees in Business and Psychology, Sean has a strong foundation in business management and organizational strategy. His professional journey includes impactful roles at L.E.K. Consulting and Boston Consulting Group, where he gained extensive experience in management consulting and learning and development. At L.E.K., Sean supported teams across various industries, honing his skills in data analysis, strategic planning, and client relations. Meanwhile, at Boston Consulting Group, he contributed to the design and delivery of leadership training programs, deepening his expertise in team dynamics and organizational growth.
At HOMETEAM, Sean oversees all aspects of the business, from guiding client strategies to fostering collaboration and innovation. He is passionate about helping brands harness the power of social media to grow their presence and connect with their audience. He leverages his background to drive the business’s operational and strategic directions, ensuring that clients receive personalized, data-driven solutions to enhance their social media presence and growth. With a commitment to building strong client relationships, Sean takes a hands-on approach to understanding each brand’s unique vision and goals.
